Proudly in the Conversation

Pride is more than a moment—it’s a movement we support year-round.

Celebrating LGBTQ+ Spaces That Inspire

At UB Media, we’re proud to partner with LGBTQ+ venues across Canada, spotlighting businesses that are not just inclusive, but celebrated in their communities. This Pride Month, we’re thrilled to highlight our network of LGBTQ+ venues. These are more than just places to gather—they’re cultural anchors, safe havens, and spaces where identity, expression, and joy take centre stage. From the heart of the Village in Toronto to the lively scenes of Vancouver, Montreal, and beyond, these venues are pillars of their communities—and we're proud to support them by integrating thoughtful, relevant digital media that resonates.

Audience Snapshot & Authentic Engagement

Our LGBTQ+ digital channel brings brands directly into the heart of these LGBTQ+ spaces—elevating messaging that aligns with community values and speaks to audiences authentically—inside Restobars in the Gay Village, in cinemas, and high-traffic condo screens in LGBTQ hotspots.

Our audience is as balanced as it is influential, with 49.33% male and 50.67% female viewers. They have spending power to match their lifestyle: single-person households average $67,445 a year (Index 115.02) and multi-person households soar to $146,654 (Index 113.59).

They’re on the move—39.6% have recently travelled outside Canada (Index 109.66), 13.56% have taken a cruise in the past three years, and 4.24% have flown 5+ times in the past year (Index 124.71). Social by nature, 67.26% dine out or go to bars monthly or more, while 54.76% recently caught a movie (Index 104.07).

Style, self-expression, and confidence run deep—53.45% say looking their best boosts their confidence (Index 107.09), 15.61% keep up with the latest fashions (Index 110.55), and footwear and fashion spending outpaces the norm (e.g., $501–$1,000 on footwear at Index 123.79). They’re also forward-thinking: 42.55% want to own an electric vehicle (Index 104.57) and 10.03% plan to buy a new vehicle within the year (Index 107.73).

This is an audience that works hard, plays harder, and influences culture—making our network the perfect stage for brands to shine.

Whether it's amplifying inclusive campaigns, showcasing local voices, or simply ensuring that representation isn’t an afterthought, our platform empowers brands to show up with purpose. When messages are placed in environments where people feel seen, respected, and celebrated—they don’t just make an impression. They make an impact.

Real Spaces. Real Impact. Real Pride.

Inclusion is not a seasonal gesture—it’s part of how we operate every day at UB Media. But Pride Month is a powerful moment to pause, reflect, and re-energize our shared commitment to the LGBTQ+ community.

As we continue to grow our network and deepen our partnerships, we invite brands to think bigger about what visibility can mean. When done right, it goes beyond presence. It creates connection. Each location has its own voice, vibe, and story—and we’re honoured to help those stories reach broader audiences through strategic media placements that are both respectful and resonant.

Because where your message shows up, and who sees it, matters. Especially during Pride.

UB Media is proud to be in the picture. Proud to be in the conversation, proud to support LGBTQ+ voices across Canada, today and every day.
